- Before you start exercising
- Check that your heart rate, oxygen saturation and blood pressure are at "normal" levels for you
- Watch all the videos first and understand the instructions for each exercise
- If an exercise makes it difficult for you (e.g. because of musculoskeletal weakness, discomfort, etc.), do not do it

- Attention to posture, breathing and movement rhythms
- If you have low oxygen saturation (<90%), increased blood pressure (> 150/90) or increased heart rate above normal before exercise, do not exercise
- If you experience dizziness, discomfort, pain or any other undesirable symptoms during exercise, stop immediately
- Exercise should take place two hours after a meal and three hours before bedtime
- Exercise should be done one hour after taking the medicine

- Aerobic exercise
- 3 sets of 45 seconds
- 60 seconds rest
- Check oxygen saturation and heart rate up to one minute after the end of the exercise
